• Negotiates final costs for much of the individual incentive programs.
• Oversees the quality, the addition, and deletions of the hotels in both programs.

• Oversees the information system that tracks the myriad elements of a group trip; manifest, rooming lists, room counts, guest counts, accounting controls, etc.
• Oversees the information system (of both individual programs) that tracks activities of the guest with the redeem team, spoken or written. With our system any journeymaster can answer any question any guest may have. The system also tracks & micro-controls the necessary papers a guest needs for a hassle free holiday vacation.
