You purchase a set of scratch tickets 100, 200, 300 or more. You tell us how many $5, $10 & $20 winners in your set.

You create a contest for:

1. Attendance: Every employee who shows every day for a week gets a ticket.
2. Punctuality: If they show up on time each day - give them two.
3. Suggestions: You may give a ticket for each suggestion made. And then increase the award if it resulted in a significant improvement, or significant cost savings.
4. Break all sales support employees into teams in support of a sales person: Award the entire team a ticket if the sales person hits target.
5. Customer Praise: If a customer writes a letter praising the service received from a staffer, give the staffer a scratch ticket.
6. Safety Award: Set the rules and give out the tickets.
