On the Spot™ a program to motivate non-sales employees
The On the Spot™ winners scratch their On the Spot™ ticket (shown below) and cash them (for $5, $10, or $20) on the spot, toss them in the bowl, and now have a chance to win, in addition to the cash, a magical Ruby level holiday. You purchase a set of scratch tickets 100, 200, 300 or more. You tell us how many $5, $10 & $20 winners in your set.
You create a contest for:
- Attendance: Every employee who shows every day for a week gets a ticket.
- Punctuality: If they show up on time each day - give them two.
- Suggestions: You may give a ticket for each suggestion made. And then increase the award if it resulted in a significant improvement, or significant cost savings.
- Break all sales support employees into teams in support of a sales person: Award the entire team a ticket if the sales person hits target.
- Customer Praise: If a customer writes a letter praising the service received from a staffer, give the staffer a scratch ticket.
- Safety Award: Set the rules and give out the tickets.
