Congratulations Winner! You have earned your holiday. Our entire job is to make your reservations process as easy as it can be. Here are answers to five most frequently asked questions we received from winners like yourself. If you have more questions, don’t hesitate to call 1-800-875-3422. If you go to About Us you’ll see our pictures so you will know to whom you speak.

1. Is there an expiration date on my award?
The answer is no, with one caveat: Should you hold the award; waiting for a birthday, special anniversary, or special occasion, so long that the cost of the level you have been awarded increases; you may be responsible for the increase. In addition, some corporate sponsors set an expiration date on the time the winner has to claim the award. "Use it or Lose it by (a set date)."
2. Can I extend my trip by adding a night(s)? Can I bring more people?
The answer is "Yes." When you click on the award level you have won, we have a box at the bottom of the redeem page where you can inform us of your extension requests. We'll get back to you the next business day with the info you need.
However, if you want immediate answers call our toll free number, 1-800-875-3422. We are here 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Eastern time), Monday through Friday. On weekends or after hours, our 800 number is answered by a live (and friendly) person. Just leave your name, number and your request and we'll be in touch first thing the next business day.

3. How do I make my reservations?
Simple. Click here and you’ll go back to the first page of our Redeem website. Then click on the award level you have reached. The rest will be explained on the redemption page of your award level. But again, if you need help give us a call at 1-800-875-3422 we’re here 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Eastern Time), and happy to help.

4. Is there a limited number of locations I can go to? Naturally, since every hotel in every location in the world is too many to work with, one could say the number of locations is "limited". However, the hotel brand names we choose from are: Fairmont, Hyatt, Hyatt House, and Hyatt Place. All in all you have your choice of almost 500 hotels.

5. What kind of accommodations are provided? More often than not the hotels in the program are rated three or four diamonds by AAA. (Important to note that only 3% of the hotels in the world garner an AAA four diamond rating.) You may select king beds or two doubles, smoking or non-smoking (where available), etc. We suggest you give us as much time as possible, but a minimum of 30 days in advance of travel, so that you don’t get the very last empty room in the establishment. Or worse than that, find that your requested hotel is sold out.
