Reservation Information

We will send you a Hyatt or Fairmont certificates as per your request above. You have your choice of any of the almost 500 hotels in our Silver to Diamond hotel list.

We will send the certificates UPS Second Day Air so you may make your reservations at your leisure. Reservations are simple, instructions and hotel reservation numbers are on the front of the certificates.

The Hyatt or Fairmont reservation agents can answer all of your questions, however, if they cannot please call the Journeymasters Redeem Team at 1-800-875-3422 or email us at rc@journeymasters.com

We will be more than happy to be of service.

Note: UPS will require a signature to deliver the certificates so please have someone at your home to sign for the package.
